Acceptance of Terms
Ken Preston provides services for writers. Taking out any of these services is an agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
This site is created and controlled by Ken Preston in the United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to them.
Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it or any written work in the form of assessments or reviews. We provide advice for your personal use and not for wider publication in any way. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others to material posted on our site.
Our status as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining our formal written consent. These conditions also apply to any work such as advice in a report that we produce for you. The contents of the reports are for your use, but the copyright remains the property of Ken Preston and cannot be reproduced in any way or form in any public forum.
Ken Preston cannot guarantee your future results and/or success.
Ken Preston reserves the right to reject any work without giving reasons. If we reject your book, we will offer a full refund.
Payment is normally required up-front before any work is undertaken.
Once you place an order for services offered, this is considered final and refunds cannot be given. You cannot cancel your order once payment has been made and work started.
To ensure that we can contact you at all times in case of problems and so that your manuscript does not get confused with books with similar titles, it is very important that you provide accurate personal information that is written on the manuscript.
Please remember that we value your privacy and will never share your private information with anyone outside kenpreston.co.uk.

Your email address, full name and address, and telephone numbers
All copy on this website is the property of Ken Preston and protected by Copyright. This is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Unauthorised infringement of copyright may result in legal action being taken against the offending party. We also retain the copyright of any material we send you under international copyright law and any reproduction of the contents of any reports or other advice given by Ken Preston or those working on its behalf will be considered an infringement of our copyright.

Any failure or delay by Ken Preston in using rights or powers provided by these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of the whole or any part of these Terms and Conditions. The partial or sole use of any rights or powers provided by these Terms and Conditions shall not prevent any additional use of the same rights or powers. The rights, powers and remedies in these Terms and Conditions are additional to the rights of the Parties provided by law.
Amendment and Transfer of Rights
These Terms and Conditions can only be amended by the agreement of the Parties in writing with signatures on behalf of both.
Ken Preston is permitted to assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions, or subcontract the same for performance to a third party. You are not permitted to assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written permission of Ken Preston
